Here’s this weeks success tip – super simple but straight forward
Small micro tip that has been great for me. Separate your daily/weekly task lists into 2 sections. “Operations” and “Growth”.
Makes it easy to see how much time, effort and work is going into working IN your business, and how much is going towards working ON your business.
If your revenue, profit and income has been stagnant for awhile – you’ll find that by doing this, you’ll quickly identify that you’re doing too much operational work and not enough growth work.
I’ll save the details for another email – but to scale, you need to apply Elimination, Delegation and Automation to your operational activities.
This is super simple – but if you actually start to segment the work you do on “Operations” work and “Growth” work – and try to spend more time on Growth —> the compounding effect of this type of thinking over 1 year, 2 years and so on is revolutionary to your bottomline and your life.
